Abeer Iftikhar is the Principal Lawyer and founder of AIM Law Chambers, a boutique Toronto-based family law firm grounded in integrity, compassion, and client-focused advocacy. With a strong academic foundation, holding an LL.B with Honours from the University of London and a Master’s Degree in Law from Brunel University, England, Abeer brings a wealth of legal knowledge and a deeply empathetic approach to her practice.

Abeer is a Certified Mediator and a passionate, unwavering advocate for social justice. She confidently navigates the complexities of family law, including divorce, separation agreements, complex financial matters, parenting and custody issues, and domestic violence cases.  She also has extensive trial experience. Her ability to strategically manage complex financial matters, including property division, support claims, and hidden asset concerns, makes her a valuable ally in high-stakes litigation.

She also offers specialized knowledge in Islamic divorce and cross-border family law, providing culturally sensitive legal services for diverse families.
